E-SBR
Emulsion polymerization styrene-butadiene rubber
TAIPOL® E-SBR is a leading heat resistant, abrasion resistant, and aging resistant styrene and butadiene copolymerized synthetic rubber with superior mechanical strength produced by Taiwan’s TSRC Corporation.
We have handled TSRC products as an industrial goods dealer for the users in Japan for over 20 years.
At present, we have stock points in the Kanto, Kansai, and Chukyo areas, and are continually developing a system to provide prompt delivery all over Japan in order to ensure stable supply of products.
Manufacturer introduction
TSRC Corporation (formerly Taiwan Synthetic Rubber Corporation) was established in 1973 as part of a policy to develop Taiwan’s petrochemical industry.
TSRC, a Taiwanese manufacturer of synthetic rubber and thermoplastic elastomers, has plants in Taiwan, China, India, Thailand, and the United States, with a combined production capacity of 833,000 tons, including 400,000 tons of E-SBR.
Taipol® SBR and BR brands are highly regarded around the world and are used in many rubber products as well as by tire manufacturers.
Main applications
E-SBR is currently the most widely produced and consumed general-purpose synthetic rubber because of its good performance balance, processability, and relatively reasonable price.
The applications are mainly for industrial use, especially for automobile tires, but also for anti-vibration rubber, hoses, conveyor belts, footwear, general industrial goods, and many others.
