Powder NBR is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile polymerized at low temperatures and processed by a special method. The particle is 0.3 to 0.6 mm, and it has excellent flowability and the basic properties of rubber. Compared to solid NBR, the cutting process can be omitted and dry blending is possible. It also requires no preheating during processing, has good dispersibility, and reduces mixing time.
