Olefinic thermoplastic vulcanizate

Dynaprene is a fully vulcanized PP-EPDM thermoplastic elastomer produced by Nantex Industry Co. Ltd. in Taiwan.
This product is generally called “TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizate)”. It has been attracting a great deal of attention as a new rubber-like material, increasing its consumption mainly for automobile applications. It is noteworthy that this product contributes to the weight saving of auto-parts and is also recyclable.

Nantex Industry Co. Ltd., Taiwan. Is established by 1978,the manufacturer of synthetic rubber and thermoplastic elastomers.We have been offering Dynaprene^®TPV of thermoplastic elastomers and Nancar^®NBR of synthetic rubber.

Main applications

TPV is mainly used as automobile parts. In addition to automotive parts, it is also used as a raw material for various sealing materials. The material itself has a wide range of possibilities and is expected to be used in many fields in the future. (Glass run channel, lower sash, air intake hose, rack and pinion boots, dust boots, etc.)
