DoWell Tech is an ACM (Acrylic rubber) manufacturer headquartered in Jiangxi, China. The company is ISO 9001 certified and has an annual production capacity of approximately 5,000 tons. And they manufactures a total of four types of grades, including the typical Activated chlorine and Carboxy types, as well as Double cross-linked and Epoxy types.
Main applications
ACM has excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, and weather resistance. Because of these characteristics, ACM is used mainly in oil seals, O-rings, gaskets, packings, and hoses for automobiles and motorcycles, and is particularly excellent in heat resistance. In the company’s product lineup, some of the Active chlorine grades can be used in environments of up to 190°C. (Can be used up to 200°C instantaneously.)
The company’s technological capabilities also cover ACM’s weak point of cold resistance, and some of the Carboxy grades can be used in environments of -40°C.
