CVD diamond
Polycrystalline/Monocrystalline
Manufacturer introduction
Hebei Plasma Diamond Technology Co., Ltd. is a company that has been specializing in the development and production of high quality polycrystalline CVD diamonds for more than 20 years since the start of research and development in 1992.
Many of its products are produced by taking the full advantage of unique DC Arc Plasma jet CVD technology based on its experience and past records. The company offers a wide range of CVD diamonds that can be used for dressing tools, wire drawing die blanks, cutting tools, heat sinks, optical lenses, laser windows, and audio devices.
CVD diamond for thermal management
CVD diamond manufactured by Hebei Plasma Diamond is used as heat spreaders for high-power electronic and optoelectronic devices, such as high-power integrated circuits, microwave diodes and laser diodes are available.
