Carbonyl iron is indispensable in production process of industrial synthetic diamonds (under high temperature and high pressure) to produce high-quality diamonds. The homogeneity and high chemical purity of Sintez-CIP products are important parameters in making diamond processes stable.

Sintez-CIP carbonyl iron is environmentally friendly and is also used as a substitute for cobalt. The iron is suitable for both cold sintering and hot pressing, and also can be for free sintering.
Because a wide range of carbonyl iron is available, the hardness of a tool can be adjusted according to your requirements.

Metallic parts manufactured by MIM (metal injection molding) technique with Sintez-CIP carbonyl iron can have a complicated shape and strong mechanical properties. Products made by MIM technique have mechanical and physical properties equal to those of products made by a conventional metalworking process.
