STEP®10

STEP® 10 is pre-alloyed powder in which base powder is mixed with additives that improve tool performance. Used in combination with bronze, STEP® 10 can extend tool life dramatically and increase the cutting speed and allows flexible cutting. Furthermore, when tungsten carbide (WC) is added, the abrasion resistance is improved. By adding 40% WC, it can be easily sintered at 900 °C or lower.
